THE COMPANY

Wales & West Utilities (WWU) is a gas distribution network operator serving Wales and the West of England.

INTRODUCTION

As part of their digital transformation journey, Wales & West Utilities sought to modernise their systems and processes. To support them in this initiative, we created comprehensive training materials and system simulations for their SAP MRS and Fiori platforms.

CHALLENGES

There were several key challenges:

  • Complex Systems: SAP systems are complex that require specialised knowledge and training to use effectively. We had to ensure employees were adequately trained on new systems and processes.
